Since beginning to volunteer with York Habitat for Humanity last year, I have definitely seen and felt the impact they have on our York County Community. I immediately knew God was calling me to fill a larger role with this organization.
In September 2024, I joined their Board of Directions and became the Chair of the Women Build Committee. Watching individuals obtain affordable and safe housing has been extremely fulfilling.
As I enter a new decade later this year, I wanted to do something fun for my 40th birthday! So, I set a goal to hit FORTY $40 donations (or $1600) before my birthday on August 8th. It just so happens that this is also York Habitat's 40th Anniversary year!
What better way to celebrate than to help make a difference! I hope you will join me in celebrating my 40th birthday with this fundraiser!
